Studies show that an average person lies at least six times a day. What is more, scientists believe that telling untruths has became so usual because of its origin in human nature. There are many types of lies depending on what we want to achieve; e.g there are white fibs which we tell out of politeness to avoid awkward situations. But we can also deceive on purpose or hide an important truth, which usually cause further problems and can hurt someone. Lying will always be immoral and poorly perceived by others, but we have to remember that everything is up to our intentions and circumstances.
